FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
This Enlightenment Text (Text) has been prepared by Empress Mucevher Ticaret A.S. (Gilan or Company) in its capacity of Data Supervisor for the purpose of informing you that we handle the personal data of our customers and you potential customers and enlightening you about the personal data processing activities, realized by us in accordance with article no 10 of Personal Data Protection Law (KVVK) No: 6698.
- Purpose of Processing of Your Personal Data
Within frame of the personal data processing conditions and purposes, specified in article no 5 and 6 of the law, your personal data is processed in accordance with general principles, regulated in KVVK for the following purposes, including making of the relevant persons benefit from the products and services, presented by our company; realizing of the necessary works by the responsible work units, carrying out the relevant work processes, doing of the essential works for carrying out the commercial activities, planning and implementing of our company’s commercial and/or work strategies, providing legal, technical and commercial security of our Company and the persons, who are in business relation with our company.

- Parties, Your Personal Data is Transmitted and Purpose of Transmission:
Your personal data, which is processed by Gilan in accordance with the law, will be able to be transmitted to our suppliers for the purposes, specified in the foregoing article no. 1 within frame of the conditions, mentioned in article no 8 and 9 of KVVK.
- Collection Method of Your Personal Data and Legal Reason :
Your personal data is obtained through the forms, which you complete on our internet website, cookies and other physical, electronic environment. They are processed and transmitted within frame of the processing conditions (such as being of the data processing mandatory for carrying out the legal liability, making of the contract, establishing, utilizing and protecting of the right or under the circumstances, clearly anticipated by the law), specified in article no 5 of KVVK.
- The Rights, You Have in Accordance With Article No: 11 of KVVK :
In accordance with article no. 11 of the law; the personal data owners have the right (i) to learn whether any personal data, related to them has been processed or not (ii) if they have been processed, to demand information related to this (iii) to learn the purpose of processing of the personal data and whether they have been used according to their purpose or not (iv) to know the third parties in and abroad, whom the personal data has been transmitted (v) to ask for correction if the personal data has been processed wrong or incomplete and the transaction, which will be made in this respect to be informed to the third parties, whom the personal data has been transmitted (vi) although they have been processed in according with the provisions of the related law and regulations, to ask for deletion or destruction of the personal data when the reasons of process disappear and the transaction, which will be made in this respect to be informed to the third parties, whom the personal data has been transmitted (vii) to object the results, which will occur against the personal data owner as a result of the analysing of the processed personal data through automatic systems exclusively and (viii) to demand their losses compensated in case the personal data has been processed contrary to the law.
The demands, related to the utilization of the aforesaid rights, will be able to be made by the personal data owners in written to the address of Gilan, Molla Fenari Mah . Bab-ı Ali Cad. No: 9/4 Fatih – ISTANBUL according to the Directive on “ The Methods and Procedures of Application to the Data Supervisors”.
