Our standard ring size is 53 (US size 6 1/2 ). Our bracelets are 17,5 cm (US size 6.9"). Unless otherwise noted, all pricing on Gilan.com is based on these sizes.
Some pieces are available in other sizes, while others can be altered to suit. The cost of alteration varies by the design and the size of requested revision. Please contact us for details.

Yes, you may contact our Client Relation Center . They will be pleased to assist you in placing your order. In this case, your order acknowledgement and confirmation of order will be sent to you by fax or by mail.

All creations are carefully gift-bowed and placed in a specially protected delivery package. All Gilan creations purchased through Gilan.com are delivered in one of Gilan’s special designed jewellery box.
Certainly. We invite you to contact our Client Relation Center to add gift notes which will be printed on a Gilan gift card.
Gilan.com accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Diners, and JCB. In order to ensure that your shopping experience is simple and secure,online order and payment transactions through the Gilan.com are processed by using a secure server. Please note that the individual who submits the order must be the cardholder whose name appears on the credit card. For the offshore purchases, the client will be responsible for the custom taxes.
We are sorry to inform you that currently it is not possible for us to accept payment using two different credit cards for a single order. If you are ordering more than one product, we suggest that you make a separate order for each purchase if you wish to use two separate credit cards.
Unfortunately, once your order is completed Gilan can't modify the payment method or the delivery type.

You may track the progress of your order online in the "My Gilan" section of the website.
Gilan will arrange an exchange or issue a store credit within 14 days of original purchase. All exchanges must be in the original condition and must be accompanied with the original packaging and sales slip. Please note that Gilan does not offer refunds, and all custom-ordered pieces are final sale.
Please consult the terms of the Gilan International Guarantee for the Gilan creation you have chosen by following the link here. Only Gilan creations purchased from a Gilan Boutique, the Gilan.com or Client Relation Center, or an authorized Gilan retailer receive the full benefits of Gilan’s International Guarantee. In order to benefit from this, we request that you present the Warranty Card, which can be found in the delivery package that contains your Gilan creation. This Warranty Card should be filled out, dated, stamped and signed by a Gilan Boutique, by the Gilan e-Boutique distribution center or by an authorized Gilan dealer.
You will receive a delivery slip in your package with no prices listed. In addition, you will recieve a receipt for your e-Boutique purchase, unless you request otherwise from our Client Relation Center. It will be delivered separately from the package to your billing address.
Always store the jewelry in its Gilan suede case or box. We do not recommend attempting to clean Gilan jewelry yourself; you should bring your jewels to Gilan for cleaning. If you must clean it, you can use a gentle dishwashing soap and lukewarm water, then pat dry. Please note that any gemstone except diamond must not contact soap or water. For detailed information, you can take a look on our care page.
Gilan jewelry should be worn and enjoyed - and, inevitably, need occasional polishing, adjustment or repair. To ensure the proper level of craftsmanship, any repairs or alterations of Gilan jewelry should be performed in the Gilan workshop in Istanbul.

Note that, if you did not purchase your piece directly from Gilan or an authorized partner, your piece may need to be authenticated before repairs; Gilan will not repair pieces which cannot be verified as authentic Gilan. For more details on authentication, please see davidwebb.com/heritage.

Original Gilan jewelry should only be touched by Gilan artisans. We cannot guarantee that repairs or modifications made outside the Gilan workshop will not affect the structural integrity of the piece; any repairs or alterations of Gilan jewelry should be performed in the Gilan workshop.
Gilan is only using diamonds whose cut has been graded at least good.
Gilan is only using diamonds with clarity grading superior or equal to VS2.
